My approach to therapy is much the same as a tailor creates a custom made garment. One size does not fit all. We work together as a team to create a plan unique to your needs and situation. I use a variety of techniques to address all aspects of the problem: cognitive, behavioral and emotional. The goal is to develop a deep understanding and have an insightful experience that leads to change.
