I’m a down-to-earth relationships/communication/boundaries enthusiast committed to helping men and women learn how to improve their quality of life by overcoming fears, understanding their desires, and acknowledging barriers and strengths that impact wellness. My work focuses on targeting ineffective belief systems, understanding origins of maladaptive behaviors, and utilizing various tools to obtain new ideas and approaches to life's challenges. I’m passionate about challenging clients in a safe environment to expand their comfort zone. We will discuss some hard things at some point, but we will laugh hard, too.
