My approach to therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the strengths perspective allowing for a holistic and empowering journey towards healing and self-discovery. Early in our process we will identify your unique strengths. I believe by identifying and employing what you already do well, we begin with a foundation of resilience and competence. During our sessions we will explore the interplay between your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors.
