I value creative expression, allowing clients to explore their emotions in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. Using art therapy, I specialize in helping clients gain insight to foster social emotional growth, resolve relationship conflicts, complex family dynamics, and parenting issues. As a mother of 2, I love working with mothers to help navigate the ever-growing demands of being a parent in today’s society, at times drawing from personal experience.
