Real change is possible. The way that I approach real change is by looking at the neurobiology of change. I specialize in evidence based modalities that lead to memory reconsolidation. Memory reconsolidation can free us from conditioned behavioral, emotional and thought patterns that are a product of wounding experiences (trauma). I am an EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified therapist through the EMDR Institute accredited by EMDRIA. I also am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist through the IFS Institute. Additionally I have received training in Coherence Therapy through the Coherence Psychology Institute.
