I believe that we are all capable of learning, healing, and growing in our relationships with self and with others, no matter where we have come from, and no matter where we may find ourselves in this moment. I currently work with individual adults on diverse issues including anxiety and depression, relationship problems, communication skills, emotional insight and expression, LGBTQIA+ and identity exploration, college/graduate school and work/life balance, career and life transitions, grief and loss, parenting challenges, divorce and co-parenting, and navigating family-of-origin relational dysfunction in adulthood.
