My name is Leigh Arndt and I am a psychotherapist located in New York City. I specialize in working with adults (individuals and couples ages 18+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, childhood/relational trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, emotional issues, transitions/changes, and career/work stress. Many of my clients have sought to better understand their relationship dynamics, patterns, and attachment styles. However, I also help clients with coping skills, emotion regulation, processing difficult emotions, and navigating life stressors.
