She takes a motivational interviewing approach and utilizes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy. LeighAnn will listen and help identify your goals and values as well as your thought patterns surrounding an issue. Her goal is to help individuals grow in alignment with a version of themselves that they are confident in.
