I am an experienced therapist and supervisor with over 20 years in the field. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and the unique challenges you are facing. I will work with you to determine how to prioritize your goals and optimize your daily coping skills. My warm, empathic approach takes into consideration the unique issues that come with your culture, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation. My passion is helping older adolescents and young adults achieve the independence they strive for. I am also certified as a perinatal mental health therapist and support new mothers on their journey.
