As a therapist with experience working with infants, children, adolescents, adults and couples I will use genuine curiosity, and empathy to learn your story to help you explore and process your feelings and emotions. Together we will discover ways to assist you in developing coping skills and assist you with helping you live the life you want. This will be a space for you to go at your own pace and together we can create a treatment plan that works best for you.
