What if there’s nothing wrong with you, nothing to fix, and the truth is that you’re actually amazing, resilient, wise, intelligent and capable? That’s what I believe about each and every person I have the privilege of sitting across from in my therapy room. So many of us just need a place to sort it out, tell our stories, feel unfelt feelings, and understand our “whys.” It can be hard to carry everything that it means to be human in a world/society/culture that rarely gives us the space to do so. Seeking out that space for yourself through therapy takes wisdom and courage…and can yield life changing results. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, infant and early childhood mental health, and supporting parents and kids navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence. I also have training in OCD treatment, addiction recovery, and couples therapy. I especially love working with parents who want to break generational cycles.
