I am warm, empathetic, engaging and with a great sense of humor. I enjoy the outdoors and trying different foods. I am bilingual with my first language being Spanish. As a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey who is nationally certified, I am committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through the path of becoming self aware, setting achievable goals, and learning coping skills that will help manage the daily challenges of life with evidence based treatment. I graduated from Rider University with a Master’s degree in counseling services.
