As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have been extremely blessed with the opportunity to help my client's find their light through life's most darkest of times. For over 10 years I have worked with children, individual and families in various settings. I am very passionate about counseling and committed to helping the clients that I serve to restore peace and find solace in difficult times. A few of my therapeutic approaches include CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. My previous work experience includes providing individual, marital and family counseling in private practice settings, Crisis/Intake Team Leader.
