Many of my clients are outwardly successful but inwardly overwhelmed, navigating burnout, ADHD, breakup grief, or quiet identity shifts that don’t always have a name. You don’t have to perform here. You just have to be real. Regardless of how society has conditioned us to feel about ourselves or our life experiences, they matter! My role as a therapist is to help you increase your quality of life by journeying with you through self-discovery, balance, & integration so that even difficult experiences (whatever they are and however long they've lasted) can be held with care and used to support growth over time.
