So many of my clients have had negative experiences with a therapist or the mental health system and it is a major obstacle to overcome your fear or resistance to get the support and help that you want or need. Finding a good fit is a huge obstacle and is essential for therapy! I want you to walk into my office and feel your nervous system relax. This is the only way that therapy “works”. It has to start with feeling safe, relaxed and free to say the hard things. Healing can only start when we feel safe and can turn our attention inwards to what is waiting for us to feel and see. I can create the space to do this together.
