I help clients to connect with their emotional wisdom in order to find clarity and make changes that support their healing. Unlike many cognitive approaches, our work together will help you to pay close attention to your emotional self. We will look at ways you've protected yourself or others over time, and how you experience and relate to your emotions. We will identify whether old ways of being still serve you today.
