We offer counseling, support and guidance for children and adults of all ages. If you feel unhappy, overwhelmed, lost, and/or dissatisfied in life you may need someone to talk to and share your concerns with. By tapping into the strengths that they already possess, I help clients work through life experiences that are keeping them from living the life they want to live. This is done in a low-stress, creative and nurturing environment. I enjoy working with all ages and have personal experiences with trauma, grief, child-loss, and the challenge/joy of raising children with special needs. Therapy can be a very meaningful, experience for anyone who wants to dive into a deeper understanding of who they are and where they want to go.
