Before moving to private practice work, I was a school counselor for 7 years, primarily working with high school students. Prior to counseling, I was an elementary teacher. My hope is that my experience as a teacher, school counselor and parent of a blended family will bring peace, hope and growth within yours. I am an Associate Licensed Counselor working with children, teens, and young adults throughout Alabama, practicing under the supervision of Daniel Birdsong, LPC-S. I graduated with a Master’s of Education in School Counseling from the University of Montevallo. I am also an NBCC Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NCC). View 4 Photos
