Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I understand the hesitation, so I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, intimate partner violence, and feelings of isolation or disconnection. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to show up as you are. Therapy doesn’t require the right words or a clear plan; it begins with having a place where your experiences can be shared openly, without judgment or pressure. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin moving toward your goals.
