I go by Leo. I have been working as a therapist at multiple levels of care since 2017. Working with patients across the lifespan. My approach to providing treatment is to identify ideal holes, along with utilizing aspects from evidence-based therapy practices to help support and guide individuals towards meeting their objectives. My ideal client is someone at any stage of change. Meaning high feel comfortable helping anyone at any point, anywhere they are with their mental and behavioral health. My goal was always to help individuals improve their insight around their barriers and start to create a roadmap for achieving their goals.
