In my career, I have largely worked in the community which has given me flexibility to help people address a large range of concerns. Often times, people will come in embarrassed around what they may be experiencing, and I want them, and you, to know that you aren’t scaring anyone away, and you deserve to have a space to talk about what is important to you. My trainings are foundational in helping clients to process trauma, become active participants in their lives, and get to understand themselves better. Mostly, I aim to be collaborative, and while you create the goals, I hopefully can offer a framework to help you get there.
