I'm a Holistic Health & Life Coach, and Somatic Psychotherapist located in St. Louis Park, and I work with the body, mind and spirit. I help my clients create a clear vision of who they truly are and what they want in life, and I partner with them, empowering them to find within themselves what it takes to make that vision their reality. I integrate coaching, psychotherapy, spirituality, and holistic health based on my client's needs, and I work with emotions, core values, and unconscious beliefs.
