These are challenging times and I would love to be of support in coping with anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. Building a trusting and supportive relationship is a primary component of my therapeutic practice and can be done using Tele Health video sessions from home. When making life decisions regarding how to best move forward, it can also be helpful to get an impartial, outside perspective.
