As a both a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I bring a holistic, compassionate and integrative approach in working with adolescents, adults, seniors, as well as caregivers. I also provide CBT for insomnia. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, burnout, chronic disease, depression, building stress resilience, exploring the role of nutrition and mood, sleep disorders, spiritual growth, life transitions in addition to caregiver support.
