You can be relieved of painful symptoms, gain deep understanding of yourself, and be freed to access your own inner resources. My work is informed by Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. This approach is emotionally focused and experiential, with strong research support for effectiveness with a broad range of difficulties. It integrates cutting-edge learning about mindfulness, attachment, neuroscience, the physiology of emotions, as well as trauma work and psychodynamic theory.
