My ideal client is someone who is navigating a season of change — whether that’s navigating high school, heading off to college, stepping into a new career, starting a relationship, becoming a parent, or rediscovering themselves after years of putting their needs on the backburner. She’s often a young woman, a young professional, or a millennial mom who feels the tension of trying to balance everything: work, relationships, family, and the pieces of herself she doesn’t want to lose. I also work with couples whether they are dating, preparing for marriage, adjusting to parenthood, or simply trying to navigate conflict and reconnect.
