I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and a former member of a military Special Operations unit with 45 years of experience in mental health and addictions treatment. I am deeply concerned about the often underrated impact of trauma and the disease course of addictions, which are frequently overlooked. However, I remain optimistic that significant life improvement is possible for my clients, and I am committed to working with them to help them realize their potential. My military background exposed me to a wide range of life circumstances and challenges that impact people—many of whom have lost hope.
