Hi, I’m Leona Esmaeily-Aimua, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree from California Baptist University. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, panic, trauma, depression, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Opening up about your struggles can feel overwhelming, especially if you come from a culture or family where emotions weren’t openly discussed.
