My work is oriented towards insight, changes in behavior, and releasing the capacity for everyday action and satisfaction that have been inaccessible due to life changes, anxiety, depression of trauma. We form a partnership to allow the client to test, new, more meaningful, and more satisfying ways of living. I have over 30 years of professional experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care. I am a strong partner in helping my clients achieve their personal goals for a more productive life. I believe in collaborative, culturally sensitive and client centered care.
