I specialize in working with teenagers and adults navigating racial trauma, religious trauma, identity struggles, depression, anxiety, parenting & caregiver stress, and burnout. My philosophy is simple: Evolve or Repeat. In therapy, we work together so you can evolve into your healthiest, truest self—without repeating cycles that no longer serve you.
