I'm Leonor Guerrero, a first generation Mexican American bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist born and raised in Los Angeles. I have a background working in a community outpatient setting with adults, adolescents, children and their families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have helped individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship difficulties, grief, changes in family dynamics, generational trauma and life transitions. I use a combination of attachment, mindfulness, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma therapy to address internal, historical or family cycles that impact our lives.
