Welcome to my page! Whether you are going through a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, a sense of heaviness in your soul, or going through loss and grief, I am her to support you! In the therapeutic room, my first goal is build trust, to make sure my clients feel understood through human to human connection. When people feel supported and heard, they are able to open up and navigate their most vulnerable moments to find their inner-strength, begin to let go of unhelp patterns, and build a more meaningful life.
