I work with folks in peri-menopause and menopause who suspect or have gotten a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis. Let's unwind that little ball of string, shall we? I am good at supporting people trying to understand the impact of family of origin experiences on their lives now. I will support you in exploring your intellectual, physical and emotional understanding of "Why did that happen?" as well as, "What do I do now?" I love working with life-transitions and identity reconstruction. Retirement? Empty-nest? Leaving your faith community? Ending a relationship? Let's talk! My training in Gestalt Therapy ("The Empty Chair") and Theater allows me to work creatively with increasing self-awareness, deepening relationships, taking responsibility for thoughts and actions within your self, identifying ethics and values for living and addressing unfinished "business" with past conflicts and painful experiences.
