For teens who feel pressure to hide parts of themselves, for women navigating intense emotions or complicated relationships, and for survivors of trauma—you don’t have to go through it alone. What you’re feeling matters, and support is possible. I work with neurodivergent teens and Gen Z/Millennial women who feel anxious, stuck, exhausted, or uncertain about their next steps. Whether it’s depression, social struggles, anxiety, or the weight of past experiences, we’ll build coping tools to help you communicate, feel grounded, and reconnect with your most authentic self—without pretending or holding back.
