Feeling lost in marriage, motherhood, or like you've lost yourself? Have you experienced past trauma keeping from living a fulfilling life? I love helping women who are done feeling stuck and overwhelmed- maybe you are questioning your marriage, adjusting to married life or parenthood, or navigating perimenopause/menopause. I also work with LGBTQ+ clients, people dealing with anxiety or past experiences that still affect them today. I’m trained in EMDR and offer a supportive, down-to-earth space to heal, break through old patterns, and finally feel like your confident, authentic self again. You're allowed to want more out of life! My approach integrates EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you process painful experiences, rewrite the narrative of your life, and take empowered action based on your values. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and focused on lasting change — not perfection.
