Thank you for taking a moment to learn about my background and my practice. I began working as a psychotherapist in 2012 and I specialize in trauma and anxiety. I have additional training in reproductive loss, including pregnancy loss, perinatal depression and anxiety, and infertility. I use a blend of somatic approaches, including EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy because I find this combination supports both emotional and physical regulation.
