Our day to day lives are complex, busy, and demanding. Stressors inevitably arise. When they do, we may become overwhelmed and fall back into unexamined patterns that undermine our progress and leave us feeling stuck. Many of us may benefit from the opportunity to talk through the challenges we face in our daily lives with a compassionate and interactive listener. Talk therapy can help improve life satisfaction through increased self-awareness and effective behavioral change. I especially enjoy working with introspective adults on issues of anxiety, relationships, and improving self-esteem and self-compassion.
