I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with individuals 11 years old and up to make positive change. My goal is to establish a safe, comfortable environment for you to express yourself, discover your strengths, and experience growth and healing. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I utilize a solution focused, strength-based approach to make progress towards the goals we'll create together. I aim to teach new skills in coping, communicating, and connecting with others and when appropriate, we'll explore community resources that may provide some relief for your current challenges.
