If you are worried about your child, I may be able to help. For many years, I have worked with children who are struggling with emotional and social difficulties, making every day challenges harder, and interfering with feeling confident and secure. Separation issues, fears, relatedness issues, and parent-child issues are frequent motivations for parents to seek my services. I currently offer ongoing parent guidance sessions, as well as a 3 -session consultation on children and parents who are in need of a developmentally oriented perspective. I am a child development expert, clinical social worker, teacher and author specializing in work with children between the ages of 2 and 12. I work through play, drawing, story and talk therapy to help identify the unresolved developmental and life experience issues that are causing distress at home or in school. I offer suggestions to help make life easier.
