Among my primary goals as a therapist are to be authentic, compassionate and supportive, providing an atmosphere that feels safe and encouraging to my clients. Other important goals include honoring the cultural values and spiritual beliefs of my clients. I love the challenge of helping my clients discover how they have become entangled in self-sabotaging behaviors that have led to their distress and loneliness and then helping them explore options that will result in their achieving greater happiness, self-confidence and sense of personal power.
