Please note email is my preferred method of contact for new clients. When my clients are functioning at their best they are creative, playful, passionate, and hard-working. They are adults aged 18+ who are interested in a holistic look at their wellbeing (including factors like sleep quality, relationships, movement etc.). When struggling they tend to find themselves overwhelmed with worry, self-doubt, and/or self-criticism. They are also curious about their body sensations and what that information may mean for their mental health. Over the course of our work together we will learn how you can recover from the challenges of daily living, build meaningful connections, and feel empowered to live authentically.
