Hi, I'm Lesley & I'm really glad you're here. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. My approach is rooted in compassion and encouragement. I want you to feel safe exploring life’s challenges while discovering the strength and tools you already have within you. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Motivational Interviewing, and I have over six years of experience working with adolescents, as well as individuals, couples, and groups.
