I help parents, adults, and college students manage sustained stress related to special education, including IEPs and 504 plans, as well as ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and other neurodiversity-related challenges. I have extensive experience supporting families and young adults with academic demands, executive functioning difficulties, transitions to independence, and navigating accommodations in higher education. My work focuses on reducing decision fatigue, strengthening boundaries, and supporting clearer thinking and communication when challenges feel overwhelming and exhausting.
