While these patterns may have served us once, they can become outdated and begin to limit the way we live, connect and grow. You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you notice these internal habits, offer fresh perspectives, and support you in developing more life-affirming strategies. This growth is a lifelong process-something that can happen intentionally, not just by default. In therapy, we take a thoughtful look at what’s working and what might feel stuck.
