I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, with over 30 years in a private practice in California. I earned an undergraduate degree in Rhetoric at University of California, Davis and a Masters degree in Counseling at Cal State East Bay. I use an eclectic approach to therapy including Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness Techniques. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families understand their past, make peace with their present and move toward a satisfying and fulfilling future.
