I am here to support my clients in being the best version of themselves that is possible. An area of focus in my practice is children and adolescents impacted by trauma and neuro-developmental diversity. In addition, I work with many parents/caregivers of young children who, due to their children's circumstances and other life stressors, are struggling themselves. I look forward to connecting. Client's describe me as a compassionate and keen listener who “gets it.” You are far more likely to find me in athletic-wear coaching new coping skills than sitting behind a desk.
