My overarching goal is to help individuals identify what "balance" means, looks like, and feels like to them at this current stage in their lives. We live in a world where we are consistently flooded with information as we try to make time and create understanding for all the important things/people in our lives. It can feel overwhelming to figure out which "wellness tips" or what type of support will be helpful to reach for! For some of us, that may lead to ongoing avoidance of taking steps towards taking care of ourselves, especially if we struggle asking others for help.
