The process of therapy & self-evaluation is often a difficult endeavor. I seek to ensure that your path to healing includes an emphasis on your strengths, being compassionate to yourself, incorporating self-care goals, practicing mindfulness with general well-being of both the mind & body. I've worked in the mental health field since undergrad & have over 3,330 supervised hours working at a higher level of care. I support emerging adults & adults of diverse populations that live in FL, IL, IN, OK with varying levels of Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder(OCD), Trauma/PTSD & struggle with life transition & challenges.
