My role as a therapist is provide you space that is non-judgmental, relational, and client-centered. I meet you where you are right now and respect the unique path you have walked. I wholeheartedly believe that you have answers within yourself and through the process of therapy, my goal is to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom. I love to work with both teens and adults around building self-confidence, reducing anxiety, navigating personal relationships and helping you to build the life and identity that most reflects who you wish to be.
