Welcome! As a psychotherapist with 25 years of experience, I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor an approach that works best for you. My background includes psychoanalytic training and an MBA, which informs my work with professional and career issues. Many of my referrals come from universities like NYU. While I work with individuals of all ages, I find that young adulthood is a particularly valuable time for therapy. My areas of focus include relationship and interpersonal challenges, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ concerns, acculturation and identity stressors, and medical issues. My style is warm, engaged and collaborative. I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental setting while maintaining active curiosity about the experiences that have shaped you. I also challenge ideas that may no longer serve you. I offer both in- person sessions in my Union Square office as well as online sessions.
